Tonight I'm having "Ame no Tsuki Junmai Daiginjo Aizan" chilled in the fridge after a hot spring ♨️. After opening the bottle, it has a gorgeous aroma, and the spiciness is felt in the upper part of the mouth. As you drink it, the spiciness increases. Still, it also has a gorgeous sweetness. It is delicious.
