I'm drinking my favorite Kido Daiginjo tonight. It is chilled in the fridge and served in a luxurious way. It is 35%. It is spicy on the palate, but after that the sweetness spreads slowly, and as it passes down the throat, it quickly recedes, leaving you refreshed and refreshed. The taste is crisp, refreshing, fine and pure. It really is a gorgeous sake for New Year's. I will enjoy sake again this year 🤗.
