I am drinking Houou Mita's Aikoku. I am not sure why it is called "Sake" and not "Nihonshu", even though it is made with domestic rice and koji. I don't know why it is called "sake" and not "nihon-shu". The AI that produced it didn't answer me either.
By the way, the taste is fragrant and gorgeous, like a junmai daiginjo, and when you put it in your mouth, you feel the sweetness and fruity flavor unique to rice with a hint of spiciness. I am surprised that it is labeled "Seishu"!
