This is the second bottle of Hiran.
The label looks like wine or champagne.
The koji rice is Yamadanishiki, and the kake rice is Nikkomaru.

It looks like edible rice.

It is refreshing.
On the second day, the gasiness weakens a little,

I think I like it better if I let it sit a little longer, but it went on so smoothly that I ended up drinking it.
I wrote "bitterness" but it is not a bad bitterness.
I am not sure if I would buy it again because of the price.
It might be good for some events.
