A memorandum of notes 🙏. This is the second cup from "Tamaki" in Ekiniushi. It's "Honorable Kaijin" from Kagawa's Kompira-san 🍶I seem to have heard that the proprietress is from Kagawa 🤔. Is this sake heavy? It's heavy. I think it is dry and goes well with both meat and fish👍

This is a 🎊 I thought it was a classic label and a Junmai Ginjo🙄. I checked and the price for a bottle is almost the same as Etsukaijin's 😅. As expected of Mr. Kaijin 😌. This time I had it at room temperature. The first aroma is sweet with mild acidity. The first aroma is a sweet aroma with mild acidity, and in the mouth it has a full, beautiful acidity with a hint of sweetness. It might have been better if it were warmed up, but it was delicious enough at room temperature 🍶. Compared to Etsukaijin at room temperature, the amino acid complex flavor is not so apparent, so I think this one is easier to drink. I heard that Etsukaijin also has a draft. I would like to try that one too 🤔.

Gorgeous aroma and bouncing rice sweetness! A slight bitterness comes in afterwards, but it's a very nice and unique taste. It has a rich flavor, so it's perfect to enjoy it slowly and cold!
