It has been a long time since I drank it. The image I had was of a sake with a koge feeling, but what do you think? The aroma is slightly sweet. When you drink it, it feels light and smooth. There are no unpleasant parts at all, and the sweetness is moderate, making it easy to drink. There is no impact, but it is a beautiful, honey-like sake. There is no koge feeling at all, which I felt (or thought I felt) before. Maybe it was a different sake!

It's a New Year's Day shipment from Shinsei. The old characters and the Japanese pattern are very cool. I saw somewhere that it was inspired by the Ainu people, but not knowing anything about Ainu, it looks like a ninja to me...but I like the label because it is austere. I bought it about 1/14 of a bottle and drank it after a while. When I opened the glass, there were lots of fine bubbles. When you drink it, it has a refreshing feeling like the peel of a grapefruit, not too sweet, and it finishes clean. The acidity stands up. It is a little different from my favorite sake, but it was delicious.

I drink for the first time. It is Murayu from Niigata. The aroma is quite sweet. When you drink it, it has a strong sweetness like grapes as it smells. However, it is not sticky because of the acidity. Perhaps it is because it is a Kamekuchidori, but it has a beautiful sweetness. I thought it would be more sticky and sweet, but it was good.

I missed the timing of a good sake at the end of the year and am drinking it today. I am not a fan of Omachi, but I decided to try Omachi instead of Yamadanishiki, the highest grade of Kuheiji. What do you think? When you drink it, you feel a bit of sweetness, but the bitterness takes over. The taste is calm due to the heat-refining process, but it has a lot of volume. I like it better when it is not too cold, because it has a variety of flavors. Personally, I would have liked a little more sweetness.

I didn't know they had a sparkling shichibon-yari, and was surprised when I saw it at the store. It is a light nigori with 7% alcohol. When you pour it into a glass, it bubbles up quite a bit with carbonation. The bubbles are strong. There is a slight bitterness. It has a strong acidity, with a slight sweetness and a nice sharpness, which makes it easy to drink. This is the kind of sake they make. It is very delicious!

It looks quite gratifying, but it is not heavy in the mouth and moderately lingers a bit at the end. I guess the taste is grapefruit with some bitterness. It's also very fizzy when opened. I couldn't get my hands on a well-known brand, but I'm very happy with this one this year!

It is Aizan 50 fire-brewed. Unlike the regular product, it is sweet upon inclusion. However, there is no bitterness until the end, and the sweetness is not too strong. I have an image that Aizan has a bitter aftertaste, but there is none at all, and I prefer this one. It is a little expensive, but it is very good.

I tried to compare Tasake, Yamadanishiki 40.5% and Tokujun raw. Although the specifications are completely different, (^_^; ) Yamadanishiki has a strong sweetness when you drink it. It was more rounded and tasty a few days after opening the bottle. The Tokujun has a strong raw pushiness, but the taste is clean and tasty as well. Both have the same bitter aftertaste. The aftertaste is a good balance of bitterness and cleanliness.

Shoyuki, I had an image that I drank it a long time ago and enjoyed it. I haven't bought it in a while. I wonder if it was Omachi or Aizan at that time... The aroma was banana. The first sip of this wine gave me a feeling of alcohol. I thought it was light, but gradually the flavor started to come out. I prefer a sweeter flavor, but this kind of flavor is also good. The fact that it was not what I expected is due to the difference in the rice used for sake.

I like Sawanohana, but it's been a while since I've had this one. It is 9% alcohol, but it is not thin, and has a great sweetness like a kijoshu. However, there seems to be another product called BLISS, which I am also interested in! It doesn't look like sake, but it's good to have this kind of sake once in a while.

It has a grape-like sweetness in the mouth. It is quite voluminous, but it is not a sticky sweetness; it has the elegant cleanliness of Tohoku sake. It has a nice sharpness, and although it is not low in alcohol at 16 degrees, it is very easy to drink. I like it very much.

I had never seen Wakanami's Omachi before, so I bought Wakanami for the first time in a long time. When you drink it, it is beautiful and has a sweet taste, but you can gradually taste the bitterness. It is very smooth and crisp when you drink it. The same rice, Kuheiji Omachi, has a bitter taste at the end, but I felt the bitterness in Wakanami from a very early stage. I like sweet sake, so I think I prefer a more gentle taste. (Sorry if you like it!).

This is the first Niimasa in a long time. It is quite rich and sweet, but the acidity gives it a nice kick. It has a low alcohol content, so you can drink a lot of it!

I thought it was a new brewery in Nagano, but it was the brewer of Masumi. When just served in the refrigerator, it has a clean, refreshing taste with a hint of sweetness. It has a slight bitterness from Aizan in the aftertaste. As the temperature rises, the freshness disappears, but the flavor takes over and it is delicious.

Good evening, Mr. Preli 🌕. I myself was wondering the other day if it was the first sake brewery? I thought so, and when I bought it, the cap was Masumi! (LOL) However, it's delicious ✨. I was Miyamanishiki, so I'll check out Aizan too 🍶.

This is my favorite brand, Haruka. When you drink it, it is clean and refreshing, and you can feel the sweetness in the acidity. After a while, you gradually feel the astringency, and when you drink it, it quickly becomes sharp. The astringency of Harukasumi is common to all labels, and it is very pleasant!

The first sip is sweet, but the gentle sweetness and crispness keep you coming back for more. Summer sake is also very different. I prefer it to the ones with a lot of acidity.

I drank it assuming it was sweet, but the entrance is clean and refreshing. I couldn't tell the raw yeastiness with my stupid tongue. The back palate has a slightly unusual bitterness. I also felt it in other brands of Sake Mirai, so maybe it is peculiar to this rice! The description of the rice on the back label is nice.

It is unfiltered raw sake, but it is not heavy as it is 15 degrees. There was a slightly fizzy feeling only when it was opened. As the name suggests, it has a strong acidity. The aftertaste is very strong.
