This time it's Mimuro cedar orikarimi. I am happy to see so many orikarimi this time of year. It looks and feels delicious. This one is highly carbonated. I drank it and put it in the fridge, and the cap was blown off the next day. I guess it was too loose. It still has a fizzy feeling even after drinking it afterwards. The taste is less sweet than Banshu Issen. It is also good. I want to buy Jikin and Hirotogawa next.

ぷれーり
Banshu Ikkyo, which I haven't been able to buy much recently. I found a bottle of Orikarami and bought it immediately. I left it in the refrigerator for a day before opening the bottle. It did not blow out. The taste is smooth on the palate. It has a moderate sweetness, like calpis. Very tasty.

This is a comparison of Hakutsuru-Nishiki. The aroma of Hakutsuru is more fragrant. When you drink Hakutsuru, you immediately feel the sweetness. It seems a little hard. It tastes good but seems to be a little boring to drink. Jikin is also sweeter than other brands and is like apple juice. It is smooth and has a long aftertaste, but it is not too thick. Maybe it is because of the exquisite bitterness.

This is my first time to try Isobojama's Ginjo. I bought it because I was looking forward to seeing if it was different from the honjozo. The text on the label is cool. The mouthfeel is elegant and clean. After a long time, it has a burnt and vanilla taste. Compared to Tasake, it is really refreshing. I like the sweetness and acidity of Tasake right after drinking it, but it is also good to feel the umami slowly and gradually like this.

This is the first Niimasa Kame-no-o. It's hard to believe that it's 13%, but it's got a lot of flavor. The label on the back says it's plain, but I think it's the aftertaste! Maybe it's because I've kept it at home for about a year! It tastes like loquat, like apple cake. It tasted better when it was not too cold.

I bought it because it seems to have a good reputation. It is low al at 13 degrees, but what do you think? The Rohafu has sourness, a little bitterness, and a slightly light taste. Yamada-Nishiki is sweet and has a nice sharpness. I preferred this one. In the end, Yamadanishiki is the stable taste. There are other brands of rice that I prefer, but it is very stable. I couldn't tell much about the wooden vat. Now I want to compare it with the regular version.

I bought it for the first time. Old Imari of Saga. I am not sure if it is pre or propulsion. It is a raw nigori sake with a sweet aroma. When you include it, it is light, slightly sweet, and has a nice sharpness. It is delicious! It also has a gassy feeling when opened. I found a good sake!

It has been a long time since I have had a shichibonsyari. I had an image of it being austere, but what do you think? It has a great umami when you drink it. It has an astringent base, but the umami spreads all over the tongue and it even feels sweet. After drinking it, the slight bitterness gives it a nice kick. The mouthfeel is soft and you can drink it all the time. It's great!

I made a depressing mistake today and bought this to refresh me tomorrow. I opened it an hour after I bought it and was relieved that it didn't blow up. It bubbles when I pour it. It suddenly got hot, so the slight carbonation is pleasant. It is 11% alcohol and you can feel the carbonation in your mouth, but it is not harsh and you can drink it neat. I'll do my best from tomorrow!

It has been a while since I bought a bottle of Hana-yosu no Omachi. The label is also flashy. Strong sweetness. It has a pineapple flavor. When I have a bad day, the sweetness helps me feel better. I'll do my best from tomorrow!
