It is a 2020. Unlike what I expected, it is beautiful and not 4 years old. There is no heaviness or drag of aging. It is very smooth without any corners and has a nice flavor when you drink it. It is very clean and easy to drink with food.

百四拾ってお米の開発当初の名前なんですね。造り方か何かと思ってました。青森の最高級米らしいです。 味わいは甘く飴の様です。 後味にほんの少し苦味があり、クドくないです。お米違いで飲み比べしたい。

I bought it for the first time. Old Imari of Saga. I am not sure if it is pre or propulsion. It is a raw nigori sake with a sweet aroma. When you include it, it is light, slightly sweet, and has a nice sharpness. It is delicious! It also has a gassy feeling when opened. I found a good sake!

I bought it from a good memory of drinking it at an izakaya. The first time I drank it, it was a ogara-mi sake. This time, it is a Junmai nama-zake. What do you think? Well, it is quite sweet. I didn't expect it to be like this, but maybe it's because it's a different type of sake, or because it's from an izakaya (Japanese-style bar). I prefer something a little more subdued these days.

It has been a long time since I have had a shichibonsyari. I had an image of it being austere, but what do you think? It has a great umami when you drink it. It has an astringent base, but the umami spreads all over the tongue and it even feels sweet. After drinking it, the slight bitterness gives it a nice kick. The mouthfeel is soft and you can drink it all the time. It's great!

I made a depressing mistake today and bought this to refresh me tomorrow. I opened it an hour after I bought it and was relieved that it didn't blow up. It bubbles when I pour it. It suddenly got hot, so the slight carbonation is pleasant. It is 11% alcohol and you can feel the carbonation in your mouth, but it is not harsh and you can drink it neat. I'll do my best from tomorrow!

I usually don't buy many bottles of sake, but I bought this one because it can be stored at room temperature. I bought it because it can be kept at room temperature, but it was kept in an unheated room, so it was rather cold. When I drank it, I found that it had a clean taste, but it also had a good umami. I think I like it better when it is heated up. I would like to keep this sake on hand because I don't get tired of drinking it and the flavor doesn't change even after opening the bottle. The hi-ire sake was delicious, but how about the nama-shu? I drank it right away and found it to be moderately sweet. It tastes like white peaches, which I like. When you finish it, there is an astringency at the end and it finishes well. It is very well-balanced. Jikin is hard to find, and I appreciate that it is distributed well with this flavor.

This is the first time I have seen Tokujun Yamadanishiki. I opened the bottle immediately. It has a sweeter taste than the regular one. It is only lightly sweetened. It is soft to the taste. The aftertaste is clean. It is very tasty. I wish they would make it a year-round product.

The aroma is fresh and crisp. When you drink it, it has just a slight fizziness and a rummy sweetness. The acidity is also strong. It has a strong flavor, but it is so smooth that it is hard to believe it is a draft sake. It is a brand I have not had very often, but it is delicious!

This is the sake that made me fall in love with sake. At first, I bought only this and Nabeshima. Now that it has become harder to find, and I also like the slightly more subdued style, I occasionally want to drink a bottle nowadays, though only once a year or so. It is still quite fragrant. It tastes sweet and pineapple. It has a slightly bitter aftertaste, so it has a surprisingly nice aftertaste. It may be difficult to pair it with food, but I think it is delicious as a stand-alone drink or two.

Now that I was able to get some Yamahai, I compared them. The normal Tokujun has been available for about 9 days, so the conditions are quite different... The Yamahai is stronger in both sweetness and umami, while the regular is lighter. Nama was good, but Yamahai is easier to handle! I can feel the aromatic richness in the refreshing taste.
