I tried to compare Tasake, Yamadanishiki 40.5% and Tokujun raw. Although the specifications are completely different, (^_^; )
Yamadanishiki has a strong sweetness when you drink it. It was more rounded and tasty a few days after opening the bottle.
The Tokujun has a strong raw pushiness, but the taste is clean and tasty as well.
Both have the same bitter aftertaste. The aftertaste is a good balance of bitterness and cleanliness.
