"Be quiet, this taste... will bring me back to life, again and again." Rice: 100% Yamadanishiki Rice polishing ratio: 60 Sake meter rating: +14 Acidity: 1.8 Body temperature: 14 degrees Celsius Pair it with cod roe (karasumi-style). Good match. Purchased at a liquor store on the way home. It has a soft aroma of rice and a gentle umami taste, and the sensation of it slipping down your throat is pleasant. It gives you a more refreshing sensation than when you drink water. My own standard Thanks for the treat 😊.
