Early Spring Rice used: 100% Hokkaido grown Kitashizuku Rice polishing ratio: 50 Sake degree: -4 Acidity: -4 Sake strength: -15%. Serve with fried chicken. A good match. Purchased at a liquor store on the way home. Even if you let it sit for a while to reduce the fizziness a little, the aroma and flavor come out in the front and it is delicious. My own standard Thank you very much for the meal 😊.

A New Beginning Rice used: 100% sake brewing rice Rice polishing ratio: 55 Sake degree: -5 Acidity: 1.3 Body temperature: 15 degrees Celsius Pair it with cured ham. Good with cured ham. Also good on its own. Purchased at a liquor store on the way home. The problem is that it is too easy to drink and runs out quickly. Beautiful sake. By my standards Thank you for the meal 😊.
