At the tasting, I tasted a ripe LaFrance.... I was attracted by the words "Ripe LaFrance" and tasted it... I was scared 😳. This is really LaFrance 🍐! The way the aftertaste pulls away from the 🍐 is fantastic👍. Originally made by another brewery, but when they quit, Aihara Brewery took over the brewery. I heard it used to reign in the East and West with Jyushiyo (never had it...) 🤔. I don't have any experience so I can't compare, but this one is different for me personally!

The other day, I went to pick up another bottle of sake...one bottle per person in the store! First opened when I went home to my parents🍶. Like the Jikin, it was a beautifully put together and delicious sake 😋.

I think there is only one store in Hiroshima city... I bought it because it was spiffy by word of mouth...! The unique spiciness of the raw sake The punch of Junmai sake Yet, it pulls fast! I hear that they change the pull and fruity difference between different rice varieties. They didn't want the sparkle, but they stuck to the raw sake, and the result was okay... lol... I'm a candidate for a repeat purchase, including for the cost performance 😆.

Repeat! Selling directly from the brewery is a local privilege! I don't want this to spread, but if you include the cost, I prefer it over Shinsei 🍶. No bitterness or twang in the piquancy, no aftertaste! I'm looking forward to the taste change after tomorrow 😆.

Second Nagano Trip Currently on the second day! Simple and tasty! Less piquant than I expected, but I guess the water is still good...it blends easily in the mouth! There is some lingering sake flavor 🍶.

What is this! LOL! Initial reaction...the aroma is melon-like...liquoriness? After...it disappears quickly and the melon aroma remains 🍈. This is a new frontier!

The balance is exquisite! If white wine is good, who doesn't like it 🤣. Slight bitterness in the schwash! Not too much of a boozy zing, but a nice pull. This is perfect for summer! It's a spot item and I don't think they'll have it in stock anymore though 😂.
