Fruity and sweet, but not too sweet. It is a good sweetness once in a while. きょうちAccording to my wife, it is not the sweetest plum wine and has a sake feel. It's more like a mixture of plums and sake than pickled. But to me it just feels like a sweet plum wine. くろねこSakuya and Konohana Flower

Plum wine made by combining Daisen Jusui with fully ripened plums from "Satoya" used for Yamagata's famous confectionery "Noshi-Ume".
I tasted it and enjoyed it, so I bought it.
