The price is low and it's good for regular drinking. It is a hiyaoroshi sake, so it can't be drunk regularly.

Food sake ◯-△ This is the first time for me to drink a 70% Omachi rice polishing ratio sake, and it is very strong! I guess it depends on how it is made. Omachi is my favorite type of sake rice, so I would like to try other junmai sake.

At Masuhan, Koriyama City I never thought I would be able to drink Asahitaka in Fukushima! Attack is normal, sweet, Maybe a little melon-like. Sourness is a little, but bitterness spreads later. Takagi Shuzo's Honjozo is very good! I would like to have it again if I have a chance!

After the sweetness, bitterness appears in the latter half of the aroma, but after the bitterness disappears, the aroma is released into the nose. Slightly acidic The feeling that passes through the nose after taking it into the mouth is strong. The bitterness is not habitual, but rather a refreshing bitterness. Aftertaste Bitterness remains good as a food wine Not a good wine to drink Basic sake wins, depends on pairing A luxurious sake with a rice polishing ratio of 11%.
