The aroma and taste are both profound and unassertive, so I drank three-quarters of the bottle to come up with the introduction above. w I ordered it because it was the store's first choice and they told me I should drink it while it was available💞. It has a broad flavor that brings out the umami of the rice well, and is characterized by the fine acidity and moderate ginjo aroma unique to ginjo brewing" (manager's description).

It smells and drinks like banana🍌. Sake that is no longer sold during the Corona period is preserved for 3 years to make it an aged sake✨. This is my first aged sake. You can tell it was made with porcini in mind! It has a rich, mellow, dark flavor reminiscent of porcini on the other side of the rich banana-like sweetness. Thanks to this, it goes well with Japanese food, so the rice goes well with it.

We received this from a sake connoisseur at our favorite restaurant. It was a Junmai Ginjo, a pure sake! It had so many elements that I would love that I couldn't stop myself from getting excited before drinking it. It was super dry, but had an elegant fruity flavor that made it refreshing to drink.
