This is Yamaguchi's local sake.
Hmm...hmm⁉️
The really dry taste from the acrid mouthfeel lingers in the mouth...⁉️
And the crab miso and grilled eggplant mousse is smoky and never experienced before... ❗️
@Yuda Onsen, Yamaguchi
At a Hokkaido restaurant in Ebisu, with hairy crabs for the first time this fall.
Compared to Otokoyama, which has no dryness, it has a sweeter mouthfeel. The spiciness and refreshing aroma that spreads afterward. The spiciness stays in the bottom for a long time.
The Ebisu restaurant is staffed by women who aspire to be TV personalities. They are all beautiful and my husband was smiling.
My husband bought it after it was recommended to him in the basement of Mark City. I like the depth of junmai sake, which comes immediately after the sweet and soft taste.
Seikai Nama Sake Natural Sake +2 @ Hatchonoyu
Namaishu-like, rice sweetness and wild aftertaste. They use rice from Tochigi. My husband, a beer drinker, said, "It's like New Year's sake."
Shinmasa No.5 Akita sake. Fullness and sharpness
Good contrast between the sense of concentration on the palate and the sharpness in the latter half.
This is delicious @Nakameguro Tuna and Mackerel
