The same junmai ginjo is totally different from the Kitaya of Fukuoka. It has a strong kick at first, but after drinking it, you will feel refreshed. The aroma is unique and full. My husband likes it very much.

It is dry and has a lot of miscellaneous flavors. My husband says it tastes "ordinary". I'm sorry, but it is December and Spanish mackerel is in season. It is served with grated radish with shiso leaves. It is delicious.

I thought it was delicious. Even though I like sweet sake, it is dry, refreshing, elegant and strong. When paired with a meal, you can taste the sweetness of the rice. My husband says it tastes like a bit of a tang, but I can understand why he says it is delicious. It goes well with sashimi. He said it goes well with sashimi and mozuku soy sauce. While returning to Fukuoka, we went to a restaurant recommended by an acquaintance. The bonito was tender and the sea bream was highly praised by my husband! Nice restaurant @ Ono's Away from Home
