Buy labels!!!! The palate is clean and easy to drink with a sweetness that is typical of Aizan and a generally fruity feel. It was a delicious sake with some gassiness 😃.

I bought this when I went back home to Yamaguchi. I also bought some otters😅. It has a beautiful, gorgeous aroma and a refreshing taste, but but it also has a rich umami taste and a clean and crisp finish! It also has a rich umami taste, and it finishes with a refreshing finish! The wine was fresh and gaseous when it was just released from the bottle. After some time, it will be delicious warmed up.

It has a gaseous taste, and despite the low alcohol content, I think I can taste the umami of the rice, the sharpness of the acidity, and also the bitterness. Be careful not to uncork it! The cork blew out💦.

The aroma is muscat-like, and when you put it in your mouth, it has a rich, sweet flavor with a slightly bitter mouthfeel. The lingering aftertaste has a hint of berry-like aroma, and it finishes with a slightly firm, refreshing bitterness and spiciness. The umami is quite robust. The rich sweetness is the main flavor, and the berry-like sweetness and freshness of the overtone quickly erase any unpleasant bitterness. The aroma is unique to Hououmida! It's a masterpiece! It is my most favorite brand of Hououomida 🍶.

A drink at a pub after a long time! First new sake of the year! Perhaps because it had been a while since it was corked, I got the impression that it didn't have that much of a new sake feel to it. Still, this year's Shichiken had a delicious feel✨. It had a round, smooth throat and a hint of green apple!

Hiyoroshi when new sake is just starting to appear. It has been almost almost 2 months since I bought it! (Corkscrewed). It was quite rich in flavor, with the original gently enveloping aroma, the clear elegance of Akaban Omachi rice, and the gentle throat-clearing, soft sweetness that made the sake even more intense.

The product I went to Iinuma Honke and GET! First visit to the brewery in a long time Junmai Ginjo-Nama Sake with an aroma reminiscent of freshly harvested peaches!
