Takuty A cool looking limited edition summer sake from Abekan, which is always a favorite of ours during the summer months. It is a gem that you can easily drink as many glasses as you like with its refreshing and light taste. Buy it in a bottle because you will drink it right away! I drank more than half of it and took a picture! I have a bad habit again. It was delicious again this year!

TakutySake from Shiba, Minato-ku! The only sake brewery in the 23 wards, haven't bought one in ages! I was looking forward to seeing what kind of sake was made with "sustainable" unwashed rice, which is environmentally friendly, and my impression was that the sake was more crisp and voluminous than regular Omachi. Maybe a little more acidity would make it more refreshing and easier to drink! It is more like a junmai sake than a jungin sake.

TakutySanuki Yomai" is made from rice originating from Kagawa Prefecture. It has a thick and satisfying taste with a full-bodied flavor of rice. It also has a slight bitterness. It might be good with dried fish or grilled fish! Kawatsuru Shuzo only had "Sanuki Kuraudei," which is the exact opposite of what I've tasted before 🤪.

TakutyMy first purchase in a bottle! I enjoyed it heated up instead of cold. This is a great sake with a strong flavor. The taste is very pleasant, even when served hot. I felt as if I was drinking Sasara! I sense the high quality of the Banno Shuzo!

TakutyLong time no see, Mitsui no Kotobuki! Shinjo Mita, etc. Mitsui no Kotobuki Dai Dry (Slam Dunk Label) This is the first time I've ever had an Italian label. I've never had an Italian label before. It's a perfect toast to the season. It's not as sweet as it looks, but it's light and refreshing. It's rather dry. I had a lot of trouble opening it... 💧 because it spills over I'm going to try the Italian series from now on!

TakutyIt took me a while to pull the bottle 🤦. I need to chill it like the theory says before I open it! When I opened it, I could taste the rice-specific flavor and the gasiness, and there was a good amount of sweetness. I thought it was a little bitter, so I left it in the fridge for a while and drank it, and it became super dry and refreshing! I think I like it better this way!

TakutyThe drink I saw before and couldn't afford! I happened to visit a liquor store and found this bottle! It is fresh and has a nice gassy mouthfeel! If anything, it's on the dry side! It's gassy and easy going like a Moribari! Be careful not to drink too much because it's low alcohol content🙅️♂.

TakutyThe other day I saw the second stage specifically for glasses, so I bought it! It's labeled "Citric Acid Massive", but I couldn't feel the acid that much... However, it is delicious! The balance is good, and the acidity is there to some extent, so it goes down the throat well. I think it tastes better when kept and drunk at room temperature rather than cold.
