I had it after chilling it
The aroma is slightly sweet with a hint of rice.
The moment you put it in your mouth, the sweetness of the rice is overwhelming,
The spiciness is immediately followed by a tangy, yogurt-like, bitter and sour aftertaste.
It stimulated my taste buds and was very interesting👍
I wonder if this is a characteristic of rice made from 100% Miyagi grown Kuranohana rice.
I'd like to try some of the other ones 😙.
