I guess this sake is named after a place called Hachimantai Dragon Eye 👀👀, located on the border between Iwate and Akita prefectures?
It is dry but has a slight sweetness and a refreshing sourness at the end! It's very easy to drink and I love the taste.
This is the first time I've had Washinoo!
