I heard that the sake rice "So-no-Mai" is polished down to 29%, but it is not light by any means. Good on the palate, just delicious!

Since Somei-Yoshino seems to be stepping around waiting for the entrance ceremony, I enjoy cherry blossoms in the name of sake. I registered my e-mail address with "Shunsainshin" in Nezu, where I always receive delicious snacks, and I received an invitation for "Hanami Jyu" (cherry blossom viewing), so I asked for it. Sakura Neko is a nigori sake, but it is not too sweet and is very tasty and a great marriage with the snacks!
