This is Kangiku. It's delicious!
I heard that the sake rice "So-no-Mai" is polished down to 29%, but it is not light by any means. Good on the palate, just delicious!

It's been a long time since I've been to Toyo Bijin! It is delicious.
Toyo Bijin was used by Prime Minister Abe to entertain Mr. Putin, wasn't it? I heard a rumor that when Mr. Putin included his impressions of the hospitality the next day, they thought he was talking about a woman and didn't interpret it (laugh).

Since Somei-Yoshino seems to be stepping around waiting for the entrance ceremony, I enjoy cherry blossoms in the name of sake.
I registered my e-mail address with "Shunsainshin" in Nezu, where I always receive delicious snacks, and I received an invitation for "Hanami Jyu" (cherry blossom viewing), so I asked for it.
Drinking at home with the best snacks! You can get drunk in peace!
Both the sake and the snacks were great!
Sakura Neko is a nigori sake, but it is not too sweet and is very tasty and a great marriage with the snacks!

Haneya, flat clams, udo and wakame seaweed with vinegared miso, and vinegared red sea cucumber.
The vinegared miso glaze, the written menu was red clams, but I was told that they would be flat clams. The difference in texture from udo was delicious.

I was afraid to eat it, but it was surprisingly tasty and well put together.
