MAIDEN VOYAGE (departure) The name is appropriate for the New Year, but we had this at our favorite kushiyaki restaurant at the end of the year. The last one, so we drank a lot of it 😊. The label looks like Leiji Matsumoto, but there is nothing drawn on it, so it looks original. Mysterious design. It was delicious. I think it's a Kyushu sake.

Drinking at my parents' house. My eldest brother who visited last week left this for me. We are exchanging drinks with each other. At first sip, I thought it tasted sweet, but when I paired it with a meal, the sweetness didn't overpower the taste. Thanks, brother!

I also like Momokawa because it is easy to drink. Easy to drink, but not in a watery kind of way, it's very robust. But even when drunk with tofu, it does not kill the flavor of the tofu 😊.

Jacket purchase. Or perhaps it was a bargain for Halloween. While the label is cute, it is not sweet. It goes doubly well with oily fish such as autumn swordfish sashimi, salmon, etc!

I got it at an antenna store in Fukui Prefecture. There were so many kinds, I was so worried. In the end, I just bought the jackets! I felt the taste was quite robust. It might lose if it is used with light white fish or something. It has a strong sense of umami.

Travel Sake. Purchased at "Food Station Yamagata Zao" in Yamagata Prefecture. I wandered in when I heard "I don't go out of the prefecture!" (I found it later at an antenna store. (Antenna stores are part of the prefecture, right!) It's been a while since I've had "Kudokibe". I think it's both tight and sweet. Delicious😊.

It is a travel sake. Obtained from Kadoya in Hanawa Town, Fukushima Prefecture. It was a complete jacket purchase, but it was a winner! It is a summer sake that is easy to drink. Made with Fukushima Prefecture's "Fukunoka" sake rice. Kadoya is a wonderful sake shop.

After being rejected by a restaurant called "Shimanto River", I went to a restaurant that I had been curious about for a long time. So, I went to a restaurant I had been curious about for a while and drank "Shimanto River" (laugh). It is refreshing and easy to drink. I thought of Shimanto River as a famous clear stream for ayu (sweetfish) fishing. Teppei is a nice restaurant! The char-grilled chicken is good, and the bean-intoxic (apparently a Kumamoto Prefecture snack) is addictive!
