A travel sake that I missed drinking on my trip and had to take home.
It is refreshing and delicious. It went well with edamame (soybean curd) that I bought at a tofu shop where I stopped by on a whim ^_^.

At the aforementioned "Sumibojyu". It is rare to drink lomang at a restaurant. I chose it as the opposite taste of the first cup of Biyoke.

I had half a minute to kill, so I wandered into this restaurant.
The yakitori was delicious. Each skewer was large and crispy, with little fat and a strong meat flavor.

But it uses "Tazake" (Nishida Shuzo, Aomori Prefecture) as the base alcohol, and it's under the supervision of Nishida Shuzo Manufacturing!
The bottle is transparent, by the way. The bottle is clear, but the pigment from the butterfly peas gives it a dark blue color.
It's a little hard to tell from the picture, but when squeezed with citrus, it turns a reddish purple color.
It's a complete jacket jacket, but it's delicious! Easy to drink!

Akabu was sold out (it is a very popular brand now, isn't it?), so we went with this one.

Junmai Daiginjos are a problem because they are so easy to drink. It's nigori, but not like a light snowfall, but rather a light, almost sparkling, crisp....shu-shu? It has a light, sparkling-like crispness 😊.
We drink it very chilled, but if it were chilled a little more like that, the taste impression might be different.

I also had Izumo Fuji (Shimane), although I did not take a picture of it.
My wife had Miyakanbai (Miyagi), Garakudai (Sado), Ki (Yamaguchi), Mimuro Sugi (Nara), Hiran (Nagasaki), Meikagyojosui (Nagano), and I had a bottle of Kurokawa (Nagano).
...You don't have to conquer today's sake (together). You will sink when you get home, that's for sure.

We went to our favorite skewers in the neighborhood.
