After being rejected by a restaurant called "Shimanto River", I went to a restaurant that I had been curious about for a long time. So, I went to a restaurant I had been curious about for a while and drank "Shimanto River" (laugh). It is refreshing and easy to drink. I thought of Shimanto River as a famous clear stream for ayu (sweetfish) fishing. Teppei is a nice restaurant! The char-grilled chicken is good, and the bean-intoxic (apparently a Kumamoto Prefecture snack) is addictive!

I was planning to visit a restaurant that is somewhat far from what I would call a neighborhood, but that has a pretty good sake lineup and sake cups to go with it, as it is closing this month. But. Rain. I couldn't go to the restaurant with staggered steps on the way home when I was told that an alarm level might be coming (⁉︎). So, we got takeout and drank at home. Eikoufuji was soft, but it was a good choice for beef tongue or something with a strong flavor!

What a rare thing for our family, it was laid up for 2 years! We went to Aruga Sake Brewery and bought this 😊. It was very tasty. Did it become mellow after being laid to rest? It was mildly delicious! The reason why I opened a bottle that has been sitting for 2 years is because I am going to Fukushima again next month ^_^! I am wondering whether to go the Aruga Sake Brewery route or the Kaito Otokoyama route!

Prayers for a good harvest and bountiful crops. The shortage of rice has caused the rice used to make sake rice to be converted to edible rice, and what will happen to the situation for new sake in the fall. Anyway, this sake was refreshing and tasty, more like a summer sake in my image. I served it with ankimo (liver), thick fried tofu, hamo (pike conger), and other dishes ^_^.

A travel sake that I missed drinking on my trip and had to take home. It is refreshing and delicious. It went well with edamame (soybean curd) that I bought at a tofu shop where I stopped by on a whim ^_^.

At the aforementioned "Sumibojyu". It is rare to drink lomang at a restaurant. I chose it as the opposite taste of the first cup of Biyoke. I am happy to find a restaurant that serves sake with good temperature control and allows me to take pictures of the label ^_^. I have permission to upload on SNS.

I had half a minute to kill, so I wandered into this restaurant. The yakitori was delicious. Each skewer was large and crispy, with little fat and a strong meat flavor. The sake was very tasty with such a solid skewer ^_^.

It is a light nigori. Nigori is a sake that you drink on a day when the next day is a vacation ^_^. It looks soft and fluffy, but it is surprisingly crisp. It goes well with hot pot.

Sorry! It's a gin! But it uses "Tazake" (Nishida Shuzo, Aomori Prefecture) as the base alcohol, and it's under the supervision of Nishida Shuzo Manufacturing! The bottle is transparent, by the way. The bottle is clear, but the pigment from the butterfly peas gives it a dark blue color. It's a little hard to tell from the picture, but when squeezed with citrus, it turns a reddish purple color. It's a complete jacket jacket, but it's delicious! Easy to drink!

Drinking at home. Eldest brother's selection. He bought it after tasting it. Is it a project of KINMI Sake by Sake Cheering Group? My mother didn't like it, but I don't know what she didn't like about it. I don't think it has any peculiarities or biases... It was delicious to me ^_^. It was written that it was dry, but it was not a pattern where alcohol was a big hit! I don't know what is the point that I don't like it.

This is Travel Sake 2. Shizuya-dori Sake Shop "Isu-ya Tekku" in Otaru. Akabu was sold out (it is a very popular brand now, isn't it?), so we went with this one. The snacks were very tasty. I was about to enter an endless loop of sake and snacks.

I gave it the sobriquet "Aka Fudo" (red immovable) at first sight ^_^. This is the first time for this Fudo. It does not feel sweet, but dry. The one that seems to drink too much as the aftertaste disappears quickly!

Prayer sake for the reconstruction of Kumamoto Castle. I would like to visit Kumamoto Castle at least once. I would like to visit Kumamoto Castle at least once! This is nigori, isn't it (even though it's my work day tomorrow)?" It says "Orikagari" on it. I wonder if it's a sure thing... Junmai Daiginjos are a problem because they are so easy to drink. It's nigori, but not like a light snowfall, but rather a light, almost sparkling, crisp....shu-shu? It has a light, sparkling-like crispness 😊. We drink it very chilled, but if it were chilled a little more like that, the taste impression might be different.
