At the aforementioned "Sumibojyu". It is rare to drink lomang at a restaurant. I chose it as the opposite taste of the first cup of Biyoke.
I am happy to find a restaurant that serves sake with good temperature control and allows me to take pictures of the label ^_^.

I had half a minute to kill, so I wandered into this restaurant.
The yakitori was delicious. Each skewer was large and crispy, with little fat and a strong meat flavor.
The sake was very tasty with such a solid skewer ^_^.
