JIRO
This is the second bottle of sake 🍶 I received as a gift. It is refreshing and easy to drink. It has no bitterness, and the sourness and sweetness are only slightly pronounced. The aroma is slightly sweet, and although it may not be as assertive as a food sake, it is easy to drink for beginners. It is easy to drink for beginners. It may be better matched with Japanese food such as grilled or simmered fish than with fried or other solid snacks.

Purchased at the sake department of Ropia in Hirosaki. Surprisingly, there are no liquor stores or supermarkets around Hirosaki Station, which is a problem if you want to buy local sake as a souvenir. The aroma is wonderful. The taste is light, with a soft, unrefined sweetness, a bit of bitterness, and a touch of sourness. It is not too strong in character, so it can be drunk as a mid-meal sake and will not interfere with a meal. It is a good match with light snacks such as yakko, since it was completely defeated when drunk with Akita's Iburi Gakko.

Clean and dry, with a little bitterness Light, tasty, and a taste that sake drinkers like. It goes well with solid snacks such as toro or potato salad rather than light snacks.

It is unusual because it is a sake made with malic acid yeast🍎! I bought it at Watahan in Nagano City, as I recall. I believe it was purchased at Watahan in Nagano City. The aroma is slightly sour and fruity. The taste is sweet and sour with a hint of apple. The aftertaste is very light. It goes off without a hitch, leaving a hint of sourness. I don't like sake with acidity, but this is delicious. It does not feel like a pure sake, and the alcohol content is 13%, so it is easy to drink.

Purchased at Seibu Department Store in Ikebukuro (before remodeling) last New Year's Day. I had heard from the proprietress of Morioka's Hososhige Sake Brewery that it was difficult to obtain 4-gou bottles, even in my hometown, so when I found it, I immediately got it. It has a perfect balance of sourness, bitterness, and sweetness, and is easy to drink like water, even though it has a strong aroma and tastes very much like sake. It is a dangerous sake, a magical sake, and I keep drinking more of it even though I want to curb my drinking habits.

I bought it at the MaxValu in front of Yamagata Station. The MaxValu there has a great selection of local sake and wine, and is like a sake-drinking paradise. The taste is sweet and sour. It tastes so good that you can't help but exclaim, "It's so good! I exclaimed. It is better to drink it as it is rather than to pair it with snacks. It would go better with mellow matured cheese than with something light and refreshing. It tastes as if it would be written as a sake for women on the menu of a sake specialty store.

Yamagata Prefecture has a lot of good sake. Or rather, there is nothing but good sake everywhere in Tohoku. Since it was getting a little cold, I drank it at room temperature. It is a mild sake with a clean taste typical of the Tohoku region. When you finish it, you can smell the aroma. The moment it is swallowed, it has a slight sweetness from the rice, followed by a firm spiciness that spreads on the palate. There are almost no peculiarities. It seems to go well with anything, whether light or heavy, but when I paired it with takaimo (sweet potatoes), the bitterness stood out, so it may not go well with sweet foods.

Was it limited to Akita Prefecture? When served at room temperature, the rich rice sweetness spreads. The smell of alcohol is moderate. It may be better suited to accompany solid flavored snacks than light ones.

It is a 500ml bottle with a small capacity. The sweet aroma and the sweetness of the rice are well perceived and easy to drink neatly. As it approaches room temperature, a slight bitterness emerges. The impression is delicate and soft, not guttural.

Limited to Akita Prefecture. Purchased at the local production center in front of Akita Station. Also available online👍. Berry-like sweet and sour, rich, with a slight bitterness in the aftertaste. It is not the most royal sake, but it is very easy to drink and tastes great. I like it better when it is cooled down as the bitterness gets stronger as the temperature rises. I think it can be drunk with salt, but I also think it would make a great marriage with pickled vegetables such as Iburi Gakko (pickled ginger). I want to drink it again.
