JIRO
Yamagata Prefecture has a lot of good sake. Or rather, there is nothing but good sake everywhere in Tohoku.
Since it was getting a little cold, I drank it at room temperature. It is a mild sake with a clean taste typical of the Tohoku region. When you finish it, you can smell the aroma.
The moment it is swallowed, it has a slight sweetness from the rice, followed by a firm spiciness that spreads on the palate.
There are almost no peculiarities.
It seems to go well with anything, whether light or heavy, but when I paired it with takaimo (sweet potatoes), the bitterness stood out, so it may not go well with sweet foods.
