Purchased at Seibu Department Store in Ikebukuro (before remodeling) last New Year's Day. I had heard from the proprietress of Morioka's Hososhige Sake Brewery that it was difficult to obtain 4-gou bottles, even in my hometown, so when I found it, I immediately got it.
It has a perfect balance of sourness, bitterness, and sweetness, and is easy to drink like water, even though it has a strong aroma and tastes very much like sake. It is a dangerous sake, a magical sake, and I keep drinking more of it even though I want to curb my drinking habits.
