Nagasawa Sake Brewery is located along the Koraigawa River in Saitama Prefecture.
Go to the Manjushage Festival in Kinjyoda, located in the meandering part of the Koraigawa River, and buy a cold one at a stall. It is served with Korai motsu nabe. The hiyaoroshi was deliciously spicy, refreshing, and easy to drink.
The third picture: The manjushage (hijyanbana) in Kinchida is at the end of its blooming season. The downstream side was in full bloom.

A dry sake typical of Saitama
It tastes very spicy and robust when served chilled.
When I drank it with pink salt, the salt was defeated😅.
It's perfect with fried food such as croquettes.
When it is cooled down to room temperature, the sweetness of the rice behind the spiciness comes out and it is very interesting.
Recommended as a food sake.
It is quite dry.
It was served in a Masu, so it had a nice aroma of Hinoki (Japanese cypress).
As you drink it, you will get addicted to the refreshing feeling.
The alcohol content was high and the taste was crisp. It would stand out even more if you drink it with an inokuchi.
I heard that there is a place called Koraidoge on the way to the traverse point from Mt.
I wondered if it was related to that area.

Nagasawa Shuzo
Hidaka, Saitama
◎Because it is sold only at Nagasawa Shuzo's brewery, there is no bar code on the bottle, but it seems a shame that it is not available in stores. It has a light amber color and is relatively mild in the mouth, so I did not think it had 18% alcohol by volume until I saw the bottle number.
It seems to go well with oden and ganmodoki.
Sharing a bottle of "Korai-oh Junmai-shu" with everyone.
The bottle has a print of higanbana (cluster amaryllis) in the Kinchida rice paddy.
It is said to have a nice aroma...but I can't tell because of a stuffy nose.
We could tell that it was an elegant sake, and that the oiliness of fried food disappeared nicely.
