JIRO
I bought it at the MaxValu in front of Yamagata Station.
The MaxValu there has a great selection of local sake and wine, and is like a sake-drinking paradise.
The taste is sweet and sour. It tastes so good that you can't help but exclaim, "It's so good! I exclaimed. It is better to drink it as it is rather than to pair it with snacks. It would go better with mellow matured cheese than with something light and refreshing.
It tastes as if it would be written as a sake for women on the menu of a sake specialty store.
