I have to admit, I've drunk a lot of sake, but this is so good that I can understand why people call it "Omachist"!
I've also had the previous year's Akaiwa Omachi Eikoh Fushi, and to be honest, I think this year's Akaiwa Omachi Eikoh Fushi is a huge success.
With Omachi sake, the best accompaniment is basically fish grilled in Saikyo in my opinion... But this time I couldn't be bothered to get it, so I had it with a miso chicken cutlet from Famima... This was the right choice!
