You can feel the flavor of the rice, but the aftertaste is clean and you can gulp it down!
I've had a lot of Eikoh Fuji, but all of them are easy to understand the difference, and all of them are sweet and delicious, so I've been recommending them to the sake beginners around me.

As a side note, the highest rated sake by sake novices around me is still Eiko Fuji's Nanaboshi.
