I was curious to buy it because it was made from sake rice produced in Yokohama City, Tianqing.
Lately I have been preferring fruity sake, but this sake is not like that at all,
It tastes like a Japanese sake! It tasted like a pure rice sake.
It has a strong taste typical of junmai sake, but it has a clean aftertaste and is quite tasty on its own or as an in-between-dinner drink.
Two days after opening the bottle, the flavor was a little milder, which was also good.
I drank it cold this time, but would like to try it hot next time.
Not fruity, but clean and dry with a strong effervescence.
On the second day, it seemed a little sweeter and tasted even better.
Recommended as a food wine.
Purchased from a nearby liquor store that was limited to pre-order only, but was on sale to the general public.
It tasted fresh, but with a strong sake-like flavor.
Tastes almost like peach juice.
Tastes like it's not really sake, but it's quite tasty with a hint of sake
A good choice even for those who don't like sake
Same pink label as the Special Junmai Izumo, but a completely different flavor.
It is a little fruity, but it seems to go very well with a light-flavored meal.
Shinshu Kamerei, a long-sought-after product, managed to purchase it at his favorite liquor store.
It has a gentle sweetness, but it tastes as if it disappears without leaving any aftertaste.
I felt the taste was very delicate and carefully crafted.
It is by far the most delicious sake I've had recently!
Fruity with a clean aftertaste
Junmai Daiginjo-esque taste, for better or worse
After 2 days of opening the bottle, the sake aftertaste becomes stronger, which is also delicious!
Tastes like apple juice
Slightly effervescent and very easy to drink.
After a few days, the apple flavor has faded, but it is still fruity and delicious
