I tasted the Kurokabuto draft at my favorite liquor store and liked the umami that comes with a gusto rather than the spread of black koji, but they did not have it, so I purchased this fire-aged version. It has a spreading flavor, and I think you can enjoy the fun of black koji more when it is cooled than when it is cooled to the brim. It is delicious.

This sake is brewed using all the techniques available at the brewery during the brewing year. The brewery uses "Kinmon-nishiki," a fantastic rice from Shinshu, and a brewing method equivalent to that used to make sake for the sake competition, which takes a lot of time and effort. The sake has a delicate entrance, followed by a spread of umami and a crisp ginjo aroma at the end. One of the breweries is trying to wipe out the image of inexpensive sake, and there are many varieties to choose from. Which one shall I drink next time?

Polishing ratio 49 The flavor is smooth and mild, and the ginjo aroma comes in at the end. I drink it by itself. I wonder if it is similar to Sharaku Junmai Ginjo. It is delicious. It is my companion for reading at night.

It features a funky label with a bear riding a Harley. It has an interesting and aggressive look, and the blue background is summery. This is a raw sake with a rich flavor and light acidity. It is a rare sake, limited to about 1,000 bottles. It tastes similar to Tasake's Kijoshu, and is very tasty. Be careful not to drink too much.

I drank it well chilled. The flavor is crisp and smooth. The ginjo aroma that comes later. The four-pack bottle was easily consumed. It is delicious. I want to try other Jikkons as well.

I prefer it as a fruity drink with a gassy taste. Light and easy to drink. Aburacho Sake Brewery is very clear and serious, stating the appropriate rice for the region, the hardness of the water used, and the number of days of fermentation. Their commitment to only making four-pack bottles instead of one, is excellent.

It is clean and refreshing with a touch of sweetness. This is a honjozo with a tangy gassy feeling on the tongue and not the slightest hint of alcohol unpleasantness. It's amazing. I want to drink it vigorously. I think Masamune is too good. I want them to keep their position as a delicious sake without the reseller-like premium. I want to continue to buy this delicious sake to prevent that from happening.

No, it is indeed a famous sake. It is delicious! Well-balanced weight, sweetness and umami. It has no aftertaste. This is my favorite taste. It seems a little more refreshing than Sharaku Junmai, which I like, and I would drink too much of it.

Delicious~. Tangy feeling of gas. I also like the sweetness. When the saltiness is added, it has a sweetness and flavor that makes me think I could drink it for the rest of my life, and I could drink it all the time after dinner. I want to drink it. This sake is from the brewery in Ohtaka, Aichi Prefecture, which is hard to find. I am happy to finally be able to drink it.

It's still delicious. The tanginess on the tip of the tongue. The feeling of gas. The sweetness spreads and you can enjoy the aftertaste of sweetness. It also serves as a dessert. You can enjoy the sweetness and flavor as a dessert after the meal. Personally, I think this sake, which can be enjoyed after a meal as well, is bad for better or worse. Sharaku is one of my favorite sake because it is the sake that made me fall in love with sake.

Delicious. Compared to Junmai Daiginjo, the tanginess on the tongue and the ginjo aroma are more noticeable. It is really delicious. Personally, I prefer Junmai Daiginjo. The rest is a matter of personal taste and cosmetics.
