Although not a sake, I purchased this one, which bears the crown of Takagi Shuzo's Jyushiyo. It is a blend of 6-year-old Spanish sherry and Takagi Shuzo's 10-year-old rice shochu, aged for another 10 years in oak barrels, a type of liqueur rarely found anywhere else in the world. The color is a dark ruby, more like a dark brown than red wine. The aroma is of well-aged fruit, and the taste is a combination of barrel-aged and shochu-aged fruit. I thought it was an interesting liquor with various expressions.

The second candidate for regular use sake for a period of time. This is a draft sake made from Gohyakumangoku rice produced in Toyama Prefecture! When you open the bottle, you will hear a lively sound. The yeast is alive. The quiet and mellow spread of this sake gives it a fruity taste like juicy muscat. The subtle hint of ginjo aroma is also gentle. It is delicious. We drank it hiya, but we will try it cold as well.

First bottle to find a cosy daily sake. First choice instrument Masamune. And my favorite Aizan. It is 83% Banshu Aizan, although it is a mixed brew. Juicy with the sweetness of muscat or melon. I like it! I think I'll settle for this one. Takachiyo is also a candidate, but let's look for more.

I had had a bottle of Five Farmers' Fruits before, but this was my first Seven Farmers' Fruits. When I tried to uncork it..., It blew up! I had it in a wine glass, The slight bubbles and the sweet and tasty flavor spread out. I have never had champagne, but I wonder if it is like this? At 13 degrees, the alcohol content is low for sake, so it is easy to drink. The stylish label and taste convinced me of its popularity. I think it would make a great gift. It was delicious!

Freshness and bouncy gasiness of the raw sake. Some bitterness, with a hint of alsobe ginjo aroma. Gorgeous! Made with 100% Ipponshime, a rare sake rice. Very reasonable price of 2,420 yen for 1.8 liters. It is a very reasonable sake. I want to use it heavily on a daily basis.

Junmai Daiginjo-shu is used instead of water for brewing, making this a very luxurious sake. There are some kijoshu with a rice polishing ratio of 70%, but it is well polished and clear. The sweetness is reminiscent of pineapple, and the citric acidity from the black yeast rice malt is refreshing. There was a slight gassy feeling at first, but it also has some tartness, I like it a lot. It is subjective, but I felt that the clearer feeling of this one is like Shinsei's Yonotori. I love the thicker one too! Next time I will buy it in a bottle!
