I tasted the Kurokabuto draft at my favorite liquor store and liked the umami that comes with a gusto rather than the spread of black koji, but they did not have it, so I purchased this fire-aged version.
It has a spreading flavor, and I think you can enjoy the fun of black koji more when it is cooled than when it is cooled to the brim. It is delicious.
