This sake has a strong acidity and citrus flavor.
It is pricey for a 720 ml bottle (the premium price is very high), but I felt I could be satisfied with sake in other price ranges.

It is delicious.
I like the combination of sweetness with the hot pot. You can also taste the sensation of a tingling sensation on your tongue.
I think it is good for first time sake drinkers.

Among the various sake from Mie Prefecture, we selected this one because it was a delicious plum wine from Kankoubai Umeshu.
