I was caught up in the Niigata Prefecture only or the back label 🤣.
Fruity top note. Fresh and a little floral. It has a clean, slightly sweet, fruity and dry impression. I think it would be better with food.
I think I prefer Koshiji Fukiyuki Hiyaoroshi from the same brewery that I drank at an event in Icoma the other day 🤔.
It's been 8 days and the sweetness has come out a lot more than when the bottle was opened.
