It is a sake that pushes out umami to the fullest. It is a sake that goes well with Chinese and other oily sakes. It was a great marriage with shrimp and chili!

Purchased at Harukas event. Purchased without tasting because there was no one at the booth😅 I think it's not exactly watery willow city but watery willow city 🙄. I was caught up in the Niigata Prefecture only or the back label 🤣. Fruity top note. Fresh and a little floral. It has a clean, slightly sweet, fruity and dry impression. I think it would be better with food. I think I prefer Koshiji Fukiyuki Hiyaoroshi from the same brewery that I drank at an event in Icoma the other day 🤔. It's been 8 days and the sweetness has come out a lot more than when the bottle was opened.

Niigata Limited Edition] Mizutomito Yanagito Junmai Daiginjo The name of the sake, "Yanagito", is a nickname for Niigata City, and it is a limited edition for Niigata. It was given to us as a souvenir. The fruity aroma and refreshing sweetness spread on the palate. It went well with Seko crab.
