I didn't know Hyakujuro released something like this. Straight up, it has a unique taste, and by itself, it doesn't feel like sake at all, but if you mix it with soda, it's mainly sourness, mainly sourness, no, it's sourness, nothing else. It tastes better with regular sake mixed with soda, hmmm 😞😞😞.
