Purchased at a liquor store in Komi Sake rice is 100% Yamae-Nishiki from Saku City Polishing ratio is 55 Very refreshing Transparency It is dry rather than sweet, so it is recommended for those who like it dry! It is delicious and has a good umami taste! I think it's better with fish than meat. I happen to be pairing it with peaches, and it's great!

Purchased at Roadside Station Shimonita The brewery brewed this product using Hitomebore rice from the town of Amaraku in the southwestern part of Gunma Prefecture. The moment you drink it, you can feel the softness of the water, followed by a fruity flavor. The aroma is rich and flavorful, with a slight melon and banana taste. Perhaps it is because it is made from staple rice, but it has a clean, dry, yet robust flavor that is delicious! If you see it, please buy it!

Purchased at Hakkaisan Snow Room in Uonuma no Sato, Minamiuonuma City, Niigata Prefecture. A very nice place, stylish and beautiful, but the problem was that we were driving so we couldn't sample the food! I drank it when I got home. It's a summer only sake! For a summer sake, it has a thick mouthfeel with a clinging feeling, maybe because of the water. It has a strong umami and a spiciness to it. When I took a closer look, I found that it was 17 degrees Celsius, which is high. I see! I thought this might be good to drink on the rocks, so I put one ice cube in the half-full glass! Maybe it would be better to chill it in the freezer for a bit. Hakkaisan is indeed delicious!

I received this as a return gift for my hometown tax payment. They use rice from the Ashi area of Showa Village. It is a Junmai Daiginjo with a rice polishing ratio of 50%. The yeast used is also Utsukushima Dream Yeast F7-01 from Showa Village! It is no exaggeration to say that we are getting Showamura (laugh)! It is so soft and refreshing that when you drink it, you may think it is water. It is so soft, refreshing, and easy to drink that you might chug it down in one gulp if you drink it as is. However, after that, a gentle sweetness of melon or banana spreads softly, and there is a sense of minerality, which lingers in the mouth for a long time. It is a very gentle sake. I paired it with sashimi, and it is a great match! I've been to the area before, but the fact that there is such a delicious sake makes me want to go there in person, and I would like to stay there if I had the chance!

Purchased at a local aeon. The moment you put it close to the glass and try to drink it, the aroma is softly sour like yogurt. When I drank it, the sourness did not come to the fore, and it was rather mellow and rounded, but I felt it was a little sharp. It seems that it was not chilled enough, so if it is chilled well, you can enjoy its sharpness and fruity taste. Postscript It is sweet and delicious at room temperature.

Purchased at the store attached to the brewery near the roadside station at Asagiri Kogen. The price is a bit steep at 3,000 yen for a four-pack, but I was attracted by the premium feel of having the bottling done right in front of me. The brewery uses its own yeast. The aroma is gorgeous, and the taste is refreshing and slightly acidic like white wine, and even though it is unfiltered, it is refreshing and easy to drink!

Purchased at a liquor store in Katsuura near the brewery Sake rice is 100% So-no-Mai produced in Chiba Prefecture Polishing ratio is 55 The sake has a dry, crisp mouthfeel thanks to the gaseous quality of the unpasteurized sake. Slightly melon flavor, but not too sweet thanks to the gaseous taste. It looks refreshing and good when cooled down.

This is good! The ginjo aroma is wonderful! It is fruity and fresh with a rich rice flavor, and since it is a nama-shu, there is a little gas and a sizzling sound when you open it! I would buy this again if I see it again! This is an original sake sold at Gonoi Shokai in Aizu-Sakaeshita. It is produced by Akebono Shuzo, the same company that makes Tenmei.

I bought this doburoku at the roadside station Kaneya. It is a drinkable size for one cup, but they also sold a four-cup bottle. Adult Amazake I don't think there is any sugar in it, but it has a natural sweetness and is delicious! I had it cold, but I heard it is also good heated. I think there are three types of amazake: sweet, dry, and umami dry, and this one is umami dry.
