The famous Junmai Ginjo! This brewery is not listed in the brewer's column! But it's quite good.
It's quite sweet and easy to drink in the crispness typical of ginjo! However, the sweetness doesn't leave a bad feeling, and it's a well-balanced sake. I've become a fan.
