しんじょうShikoku x Sake Country 2025 Sake Brewery Wonderland On Osaka - A Spectacle of Sake and Food in Shikoku
Junmai Ginjo-shu with a slightly mellow flavor.
Good but expensive for me ......
I'm sure it would be good with a slightly darker side dish or something.
It's for people who usually buy it for much less than 1500 yen on average, so it's for people who drink a bit more than that. ねむちShikoku x Sake Country 2025 Sake Brewery Wonderland On Osaka ⑨.
The booth of "Haruyama" in Ehime.
Haruyama came to Uwajima from Kyoto as an official merchant of the first lord of the Uwajima domain, Date Hidemune. The brand name "Haruyama" was named after the 7th lord of the Uwajima domain in Iyo Province, Date Munenori (Haruyama). The characters on the label were written by Date Haruyama and used with the approval of the current 13th generation Date.
◉Haruyama
An orthodox junmai ginjo with a good balance of acidity and umami.
Blood Orange Umeshu
Winner of the gold medal at the National Plum Wine Competition 2021, this plum wine is not so much a plum wine as a plum wine, and it really is delicious. With an alcohol content of 8%, anyone can drink it.
It is available at Seijo Ishii in the Kansai area for a little over 2,000 yen.
I was so drunk that I forgot to take a picture of it, so I borrowed it from bouken. boukenShikoku x Sake Country 2025 Sake Brewery Wonderland On Osaka - Shikoku's Sake and Food Spectacle ⑨
Famous Sakai
Simple lineup with only 2 items on display
Consignment brewing (Sakura Uzumaki?) I wonder if the number of products is small because it looks like a commissioned brewery (Sakura Uzumaki?).
The label on the back of the sample sake said "processor" instead of "manufacturer".
I drank
Shunzan Junmai Ginjo
It reads "Shunzan".
As for the origin, see Nemuchi's post 😌.
Sakurahime yeast is used and the rice polishing ratio is 50%.
The taste is very rice-like and the rest of the flavor is not so impressive.
Blood Orange Umeshu
Winner of a gold medal at a plum wine competition.
Tastes more like blood orange than plum wine.
I wanted to drink it with soda.
It is 8%, but if you drink it at a good rate, it tastes like it will make you drunk.
Blood Orange Umeshu is available at Seijo Ishii in Kansai. ポコタロウIs it rice from the aroma?
The lingering taste is also rice flavor.
Sake that goes well with a side dish such as dried squid.
Unique aroma, coniferous aroma? The image color is fresh green. ゆうさんShikoku Ohenro Emaki No. 40, Kanjizaizaiji Temple!
The famous Junmai Ginjo! This brewery is not listed in the brewer's column! But it's quite good.
It's quite sweet and easy to drink in the crispness typical of ginjo! However, the sweetness doesn't leave a bad feeling, and it's a well-balanced sake. I've become a fan. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
