100% Yamadanishiki produced in Hyogo Prefecture. It is crisp and has a robust flavor of rice. It has an alcoholic taste. I drank it with pickled firefly squid, and it was a solid sake that did not lose to the peculiar pickled squid. However, it was not to my personal taste, so I will not repeat the experience.
