18% alcohol. There is a 60% rice polishing rate. The sake from last year's brewery opening. The 100th anniversary of the brewery. I left unfiltered raw ginjo for a year. I tried drinking it cold, but it was quite good. I would drink it more if it was made entirely pure rice.

16% alcohol. Rice polishing rate 50%. At the Saito-san in Chitose, we were able to buy Feiroki unexpectedly. It was my first time to buy it in black. Gorgeous aroma and sweetness, easy to drink, but the alcohol follows a little later on. A clear, refreshing sake.

It has a fruity aroma. It has a light sweetness and sourness. After that, it has a refreshing alcohol taste that spreads in the mouth.
