This is the main brand of Yamada Shoten, a limited partnership located in Yaotsu-cho, Kamo-gun. This was purchased at a roadside station in Kani City.
The aroma is a weak ginjo aroma.
There is no acidity, and the sweetness of the rice spreads in a refreshing mouthfeel.
Recently, we also visited a brewery in Yaotsu-cho.
