This one was purchased at a roadside station in Ono-cho.
100% Gifu-produced Hatsumoroi is used. Polishing ratio 60%.
Alcohol content 17%. Sake degree +5.
Fruity aroma.
The sweetness of rice spreads in the mouth.
Otsuka Shuzo's main brand is Takejaku, so we would like to try that as well.
