Purchased at a brewery in Kani City.
Made from sake brewing rice "drunken musubi".
It has a slight yellow tinge. The aroma is a weak ginjo aroma.
The sourness and astringency come and go, but then immediately change to sweetness.
It is light and dry with a refreshing taste.
