The 26th sake brewery in Gifu Prefecture.
One of the main brands of Heiwananishiki Sake Brewery in Kawabe-cho, Kamo-gun. Three brands were purchased at the brewery. The sake on the right side of the three images.
The aroma is a banana-type ginjo aroma.
It is an easy-drinking sake with little acidity, emphasizing the sweetness of the rice.
