One of my favorite sakes is Kuheiji, but I usually drink Yamadanishiki and this is the first time I drank Omachi.
It is thicker than Yamadanishiki and I think I like it more.

"The future of Omachi will be brewed by Gozenshu!"
If you like Omachi, you can't miss this! I was attracted by this catchphrase and bought it at Morishita.
It tastes amazingly rich and delicious! Because it's so rich, it's a sake to be savored mainly with sake rather than with food.
It was good.
I love Omachi.
I bought it because I thought it must be delicious if it is made in Okayama.
As a result, it was really delicious.
It has a gorgeous yet robust taste that goes well with food.
I stopped by Waka Ebisu and they were selling Hatsu Shibori! As a Gizaemon lover, I had to try it! So I bought it.
It tastes even clearer and easier to drink than the usual Gizaemon! It's great with both meat and fish.

Purchased at Morishita.
This sake is made without polishing the rice very much, so you can feel the taste of the rice very much unlike the traditional Kaze no Mori. The balance with the fizzy taste of Kaze no Mori is perfect, but it is a sake for advanced drinkers.
I bought it from Morishita because it was a stylish one cup.
It's fruity, easy to drink, and delicious.
Even people who don't like sake can drink it!
It went great with the Kawahagi Kimo Shoyu!
It was delicious and I had to repeat it.
Aisan is fruity and gorgeous.
Momota is refreshing and easy to drink.
I used to compare them every day because they went well with different dishes.
Also, I heard from the liquor store that the taste becomes mellow after 3.4 days in the refrigerator, and it was really true.
The packaging of Kyoheji is very classy and the taste of the sake is very elegant and delicious. This Yamadanishiki is a nice, full-bodied sake. It goes well with the cheese and soy sauce at the restaurant ❤️.
It's so refreshing, it's fruity like it's not Japanese sake. People who don't like to drink alcohol can drink it, but with strong food, it's hard to beat.
The smart packaging fooled me, but it's actually amazingly gutsy and thick!
Even though it's a cold sake and a Daiginjo, it's great with strong dishes like aradaki and stewed vegetables that go well with hot sake, and it's great with a strong sake entrée ❤️.
