I didn't know much about this drink, but I bought it in a packet.
It's gorgeous, but it's got a great punch. It doesn't smell like sake, and I think even people who don't like sake will enjoy the taste!
In my opinion, it's delicious when chilled to a kink.
It goes well with both meat and fish.
Slightly fruity taste to my liking. Delicious.
But something like red meat would drown out the delicate flavors of this drink, so it goes well with something like Carpaccio.
It went well with Hakata Chicken Mizutaki!
I've always wanted to try it! Made Z!
I happened to go to Gyu-Tora (a local supermarket in Mie Prefecture)
It was on sale, so I didn't hesitate to buy it!
Delicious! It's fresh, like a green apple, youthful, fresh and easy to drink! I want to drink it with fubi no miso!
Today I drank it with stir-fried shishito peppers leaves! Delicious.
I tried drinking it with Sakuraboshi today, but the goodness of the work was drowned out.
That doesn't go well with Sakuraboshi... It went great with the roast beef!
Perfect for a mid-meal drink! It's not particularly quirky, there is no ginjo, sweetness or spiciness to it, and it's as easy to drink as water, but if you want to enjoy the taste of sake, it may not be enough.
It may not be enough for those who want to enjoy the taste of sake, but
It is an all-round sake that can be used with everything from Japanese to Chinese food without interfering with the taste of any dish.
It's a fruity and amazingly delicious drink.
It's easy to drink because it's fizzy like a forest of wind.
I kept it at room temperature once I was drinking it, and it must have been fermented.
The cork flew off, surprise!
Recommended Sake. A stable crop
It's gutsy and the flavor is not that great.
It doesn't have a particularly strong ginjo aroma. It feels like an old-fashioned sake.
It is a little sweet, and it goes well with pickles. I think it's an after-dinner drink.
A stable forest of wind!
It's fruity but has a nice crunchy taste.
It's pure rice, so it has a bit of a strange taste, but that's okay too.
It goes well with ponzu.
Today I paired the tilefish with shellfish strands and tridentate radish with ponzu. I'm having it with a forest of wind!
