This is the first time for my grandfather to try Kaikun. I had an image of a clean dry taste, but since the rice is Aizan, I wondered what it would taste like.
Everything was just as I imagined it would be, and I enjoyed it with steamed asari (clams).
It was my first time to drink Yukino Bijin. The taste was different from what I imagined from the label, it had a strong bitterness and alcohol feeling.
It is my favorite sake. I would like to try the other ones.

The land is dedicated to Akaban Omachi. We examined the first sake to drink at Hououmita and decided on this one. It's got a great balance of acidity, sweetness, umami, and a fantastic aroma! There is no doubt that we will be repeating it.
