Junmai Ginjo made with Sake Komachi from Akita Prefecture. It has an elegant aroma, peachy sweetness and flavor, and a very cohesive, rich, sweet taste.
A rich, sweet, fruity, raw sake. This is my favorite in recent years.

Sashimi and Kido Junmai Sake.
A modern sake but also a classic taste, a cosy monster for a mid-meal drink.
It goes well again with Riedel junmai sake glasses. It has no corners and a mild taste.

The staff at IMADEYA recommended this gooseberry.
It has a strong caskiness, and it took more than 5 minutes to open the bottle.
It has a thick, fruity and cloudy taste. It has a dry aftertaste.
The price to open the bottle is 880 yen for the rental of a glass for the number of people who bring their own bottle to the food court at PARCO.
The sashimi serving at the food court was 2,200 yen.
It is better than going to an izakaya. I liked it.

I came to Asakusa to see cherry blossoms.
It has a strong gassy feeling and a little dry.
I had a hard time opening the bottle.
It was my first time to drink Ni-Hare. It was quite delicious. The light nigori sake is the best.
The sake was procured at the store of Mr. Takano, a former member of NMB48.
It was the first time for me to meet her, but she herself was looking after the store.

Fresh sake fruity. We had the first spring breeze in a year at the park.
Best value for money.
