It is a lunch outing drink.
A fruity sake with a gorgeous aroma and pure sweetness.
It was an unfamiliar brand and brewery, but the taste was very good.

Junmai Ginjo made with Sake Komachi from Akita Prefecture. It has an elegant aroma, peachy sweetness and flavor, and a very cohesive, rich, sweet taste.
A rich, sweet, fruity, raw sake. This is my favorite in recent years.

Sashimi and Kido Junmai Sake.
A modern sake but also a classic taste, a cosy monster for a mid-meal drink.
It goes well again with Riedel junmai sake glasses. It has no corners and a mild taste.
Good morning, HK1967 😃.
Your table looks wonderful like a painting 🖼️ that fits well with Riedel glasses 😍.
Ah! Your 101st bottle 🤗Congratulations on your 100+ ㊗️ 🎉!
Hi Jay & Nobby. I see you have a Riedel glass too Jay & Nobby☺The choice of glass is important because the taste can change many ranks depending on the glass 🍷✨.

Go home and taste Yokoyama.
Summer Jungin Yokoyama has a refreshing aroma and a clean, crisp taste that fits perfectly for a refreshing summer.
It should be cooled down to the perfect temperature.
It is a must for those who love Yokoyama.
Masaaki Sapporo-san
Thank you for your comment.
This is the first time I have received a comment from you.
I always enjoy looking at Masaaki Sapporo's wonderful photos.

The staff at IMADEYA recommended this gooseberry.
It has a strong caskiness, and it took more than 5 minutes to open the bottle.
It has a thick, fruity and cloudy taste. It has a dry aftertaste.
The price to open the bottle is 880 yen for the rental of a glass for the number of people who bring their own bottle to the food court at PARCO.
The sashimi serving at the food court was 2,200 yen.
It is better than going to an izakaya. I liked it.

A flame of passion, a drop of thought.
Apple flavored, fruity, half shopkeeper's recommendation. Sake without spines. Made me want to go see the Sea of Japan in Toyama. Nama sake is good.

Energy, clarity, and schwag!
Natural sparkling sake brewed with modern Yamahai.
Good aroma, not too sweet. Umashira.
The last hanami of the year. It is quite scattered.

I came to Asakusa to see cherry blossoms.
It has a strong gassy feeling and a little dry.
I had a hard time opening the bottle.
It was my first time to drink Ni-Hare. It was quite delicious. The light nigori sake is the best.
The sake was procured at the store of Mr. Takano, a former member of NMB48.
It was the first time for me to meet her, but she herself was looking after the store.

I asked the liquor store for a recommendation for a light nigori, gas feeling.
It is enough gas, but the bottle is opened in one shot.
I recommend it because of its low price.
But it's a seasonal sake. Probably.

At a nearby park.
Cherry blossoms bloomed, but not at the level of cherry blossom viewing.
Fresh sake fruity. We had the first spring breeze in a year at the park.
Best value for money.
This is good, this is good.
Will it be in full bloom next weekend?

I asked the store owner and was told that flower oups still don't come in too much.
The aroma is fruity with a hint of rice bran. The taste is delicious.
Is Hanamup more about taste than aroma?
I think it is the type that goes well with food. Maybe.
It tastes even better when served with pickled firefly squid.

Good aroma, acidity and gasiness.
Lightly cloudy, fresh and fruity, with an aftertaste reminiscent of pickled cherry blossoms. It was quite tasty with LINDOR white chocolate.

The guy at the restaurant where we had lunch said that the brewer was a baseball fan. He said there is a starter, a reliever, and a supporter.
We asked the liquor store for a sake with a strong effervescent taste, and they recommended Shinomine Rokumaru.
He said it has a rich aroma and elegant sweetness that is refreshing. The aftertaste is tangy and spicy.
Almost no fizziness...
