今まで日本酒は余り飲まなかったのですが、勧められた獺祭で衝撃を受け、2023年から日本酒探し旅が始まりました。飲んでみたい日本酒が沢山ありますが、売っているお店がなかなか無いですね。色々チャレンジしてみます。

Mood ★★★★☆ First time in Hanamup. I've heard rumors about it for a long time. I like Yokoyama 1814, but it is similar and has a touch more richness. Sweet fruity with cinnamon taste. Complex taste. The aftertaste has a hint of grain. Compared with raw Omachi. I prefer Oumachi.

Mood ★★★★★ First time in Hanamup. I've heard rumors about it for a long time. I like Yokoyama 1814, but it is similar with a touch more richness. Sweet fruity. Tastes like apple honey. Compare with fresh Sake Mirai. I prefer Omachi.

Mood ★★★★☆ I like sparkling 1.25 times more. I like raw sake 1.5 times more. Smells like cheese. Kinosei! There is enjoyment in the taste.

Mood ★★★☆☆☆☆☆ First time to use 100% KITASHIZUKU. The aroma is different. Wine glass is not suitable, glass cup would be one more ★★★★.

Mood ★★★★★ I had a hard time opening the bottle. We opened and tightened the bottle four or five times. We had it without leaking even a drop. It is the sake of the revival of the brewery. It was delicious. I think it might be my favorite recently. It had a great acidity and a gassy feeling that was greater than that of sparkling sake.
